The Family Court/Youth Justice Committee considers and examines the resources of the community for family and children’s work and young offenders; assists the Court when requested in individual cases referred to the Committee; makes recommendations to the Court, to the Attorney General, to the City Council or to others, as required; and acts as a Family Court when required.
